Movement for Thursdays
The following exercises are to be completed as a circuit of 40sec working then 20 sec rest between exercises.
Once completed all 5 exercises, have a 45 sec rest. Complete 5 rounds in total. To set yourself a challenge, you can record the highest reps you achieved for the dips set. For example, you achieved 10 your first set and 15 your second set, the number you would record is 15 and you would be trying to beat that score next week.
