Movement for Tuesdays
Today is for you to go for a walk or run.
You will need to have a timer with you, as you will be running/ walking as far as you can for 20 min. Also, record (in your head) how far you got to, and then run back to where you started. Next week you are to try and beat that point where you got to within the 20 min. To challenge yourself even more, try and get back to the starting point within the 20 min.

This is for you to send a heartfelt text message to someone that you appreciate in your life.
Tell them why you are grateful that they are in your life, and tell them that you love them.

Get out and do something that makes you happy.
This can be an activity, or a hobby. Just immerse yourself with that thing that makes you smile. You can make it as long or short as you’d like. Doing things you love to do and making an effort to do them will give you the opportunity to be more grounded.
