Movement for Thursdays

Today is for you to go for a walk or run.

You will need to have a timer with you, as you will be running/ walking as far as you can for 15 min. Also, record (in your head) how far you got to, and then run back to where you started. Next week you are to try and beat that point where you got to within the 15 min. To challenge yourself even more, try and get back to the starting point within the 15 min.

Gratitude for Thursdays

This check in is for you to pick a friend or family member that you are grateful for and write in your journal why you are grateful for them.

This can be something that they have done for you, or just even the way they make you feel. Also, if you’re feeling up to it, take a picture and send it to that person.
