Movement for Mondays
The following exercises and reps are to be completed as fast as you can.
You can break up the reps but doing a certain number of reps then move on to the next exercise. For instance, you can do 10 of everything before reaching the total amount prescribed. To challenge yourself, you can time how long it takes for you to complete all the reps prescribed for the exercises and try to beat your time each session.

This is to be completed at the end of the day.
Being reflective on the good things that are happening in your life will help you with paying attention to what you have, and not stress about what you don’t.

Breathing for Mondays
Box breathing is a great way to relax the mind and body in stressful situations.
You can use this technique throughout your day as many times you require. It is also great practise to do this even when you’re not feeling stressed.
